For an enquiry concerning Korčula, Marijana Jericevic processes the initial enquiry for the purpose of receiving, answering and coordinating the request through 2stays.eu.

Where the enquiry proceeds toward a Korčula reservation, the information necessary to provide the accommodation is communicated to Dino Jericevic, the registered Croatian accommodation provider.

Dino Jericevic then processes the booking and guest information necessary to provide the accommodation and comply with his legal obligations in Croatia.

Depending on the enquiry or booking, we may collect:

• arrival and departure dates
• number of guests
• content of the message
• information subsequently required to prepare or manage a confirmed stay
• limited technical information necessary to secure the website and prevent spam, duplicate submissions and abuse

• manage a confirmed stay

How enquiries are handled

Enquiry information is submitted through 2stays.eu and transmitted by the website's email service to the 2stays.eu mailbox (stay@2stays.eu), hosted by Infomaniak, where enquiry correspondence is retained.

Personal enquiry content is not intentionally duplicated in the website application database.

To prevent spam, duplicate submissions and abuse, limited temporary technical security data (keyed, non-reversible identifiers — never raw IP addresses) may be processed and is deleted automatically within 24 hours.

For Mellionnec, Marijana Jericevic manages the enquiry and booking. For Korčula, relevant information may be communicated to Dino Jericevic when necessary to manage the stay.

Retention

Enquiries that do not result in a reservation are retained for no longer than 12 months after the last relevant communication.

Documents related to confirmed reservations, payments, accounting and other legal obligations are retained for the periods required by applicable law.

Technical anti-abuse information is retained only for the period necessary for security purposes.
